All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please allow 1-3 business day for our currier company to deliver your order. Any further delay, please, contact us.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We charge €5 for deliveries in Co. Dublin and €8 for deliveries outside Co. Dublin.

All orders placed between Thursday after 10 am - Sunday will be shipped on a Monday.

From the 26th of November 2022, all orders placed between Friday after 10 am - Sunday will be shipped on a Monday.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order.

We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.
