How Our Delivery Service Works
We are dedicated to offering you a fast and efficient service and we are daily working to improve it.
We only ship on a next day full tracked service on Monday to Thursday.
All orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped on a Monday.
Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order.
Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email at [email protected].
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 business days or your order has arrived damaged please contact us.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is able to receive your order.
We will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries or wrong delivery address details.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Sea moss gel). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve made a decision on your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
